Boardwalkart offers to their clients a standard of excellence in workmanship. All art materials and products used in the creation of paintings are professional standard quality. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, they will happily give you an exchange or refund. Please note the item must be retuned with 30 days of date of purchase.

Returns

Please return any item you are not completely satisfied with by wrapping it securely in the packaging in which it was sent to you and return using pre-paid postage to:

Please note: Cost of shipping/freighting overseas is not refundable. Refunds will be made at the current exchange rate in Australia.

Exchanges

The cost of shipping/freighting an item of the same or lesser value will be paid by Boardwalkart.

Prices

All prices listed on this website are in AUD$ and are inclusive of GST.

Packaging and Freight  

Clients requiring delivery of their painting/s will incur a fee for packaging and freight. Paintings can be sent anywhere within Australia or overseas.  The fee is dependent on the size, weight and destination of your work/s of art. Smaller items may be sent via Australia Post, however larger items will be sent by door-to-door courier.

A quote will be given on request for the packing, freighting and insurance of your painting.

All work will be extensively bubble wrapped and boxed (or crated where necessary) to ensure the safe delivery of your painting. 

In some instances it is better to remove a canvas from it’s stretcher and send it rolled within a tube. This not only a more cost effective way to send your artwork, but also lessens the chance of damage to your painting whilst in transit. Clients will be asked if they would prefer their work to be sent in this manner.

Customs and Import Duties

For delivery of goods outside Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once your item has reached your country. Boardwalkart cannot predict what these charges may be, therefore does not collect the duties. These customs and import duties must be paid by you, in order for your parcel to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery Time

Within Australia: Australia Post:  3-5 days.

Courier: Approximately 7-10 working days from payment of item. 

Overseas: Australia Post: 14-21 days

Courier: 2 - 6 weeks, depending on the country and if the works are being sent by sea or air.
